We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom, made-to-order, personalized, or special-order pieces. Please review all design details, sizing, and specifications carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and assist you.
